Ingredients :

½ cup of warm water (100° to 110°F)
2 ½ tsp instant yeast 1 package
1¼ cups of water
2 tbsp olive oil
22 ounces of bread flour + more flour for handling dough
1½ tsp salt
3 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions :

1. Combine yeast and ½ cup of warm water in a medium bowl and stir briskly. Give the yeast enough time to
expand and start acting. This process ought to take some time. You might need to start over if the yeast is
inactive and has to be replaced.
2. Stir the yeast mixture after adding the water and oil at room temperature.
3. Pulse the food processor to mix the flour and salt.
4. Process after adding the yeast mixture through the food processor’s tube. A ball of dough will eventually
develop. Processing continues until the dough becomes elastic and smooth.
5. Place the dough in a bowl coated with nonstick cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Give the dough
up to two hours to double in size.
6. Turn the oven on to 375°F.
7. Gently pat the dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.
8. Along the middle, divide the dough into two equal pieces. Then cut the dough horizontally in roughly 8
places.
9. Make a breadstick out of each piece of dough.
10. Coat a baking pan with nonstick spray and arrange the dough strips on it.
11. The breadsticks should bake for around 18 minutes or until golden.
12. Garlic salt and melted butter should be combined.
13. Top the breadsticks with Parmesan cheese after brushing them with garlic sauce.
