Ingredients : 

1½ Cups of Flour
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 Eggs
⅓ Cup of Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Softened Butter
2 tbsp Shortening
½ tsp Vanilla
½ Cup of Milk
½ Cup of Half and Half
¼ Cup of Buttermilk
Cooking Spray
Syrup
Toppings like fresh fruits

Instructions : 

1. Gather all of your ingredients.
2. Then mix flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Blend well.
3. Whisk the eggs in another bowl. Add the milk, half-and-half, buttermilk, vanilla, shortening, and softened
butter. Blend well.
4. Mix all ingredients after adding the wet components into the dry ones. Not too much batter mixing.
5. Spray some cooking spray on your waffle maker and preheat it. Waffle maker with batter added.
6. Cook for 3–7 minutes until the food is crispy and browned.
Notes
1. Place the waffles in an airtight container or bags after allowing them to cool totally. Refrigerate for two to
three days. Waffles don’t keep well in the refrigerator for a long time, so their flavor tends to fade soon. If
you aren’t going to utilize them straight soon, freezing them is a smart choice.
2. Allow waffles to cool completely before freezing. The waffles may then be placed on a baking sheet that
has been lined with parchment paper, and placed in the freezer for two hours. After two hours, you may put
them in freezer-safe bags or an airtight container. You may wrap them separately and freeze them if your
freezer is too small to fit a baking pan.
3. For up to three months, place food in the freezer.
4. Warm up the cold waffles from the fridge for 45 seconds in the microwave. In the oven or toaster, reheat
frozen waffles.
