Ingredients : 

10 chicken drumsticks
2 eggs
⅔ fsp salt
2 cups of flour
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried mustard powder
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic salt
3 tsp white pepper
7 cups of oil

Instructions : 

1. Set the oven to 300 degrees.
2. For best results, soak the chicken legs in salt water for up to 24 hours.
3. Put the eggs and the flour and spice mixture in separate bowls.
4. Prepare the chicken legs by dredging them in flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the flour again.
5. Place the coated drumstick on a cooling rack and repeat with the remaining drumsticks.
6. Warm oil in a big pan or dutch oven over medium-high heat.
7. Cook each leg in batches of three to four for about three minutes each, or until the coating is golden.
8. Remove each leg and place it on a cooling rack to let excess oil to drain until all legs are cooked.
9. Place cooling rack with legs still attached on top of a cookie sheet. Finally, bake for 35-45 minutes, until a
thermometer registers 165 degrees F, in the oven.
