Ingredients : 

2 pounds of ground chicken
2 eggs
2 tsp of kosher salt
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of water
1½ tbsp of onion powder
1½ tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of paprika
1½ tsp of pepper
1 cup of flour

Instructions : 

1. Mix the chicken, 1 egg, and salt in a food processor or Vitamix until the chicken looks like a paste.
2. Make chicken nuggets the size of tbsp. Completely coat the nuggets with cornstarch. Place aside.
3. Combine the flour, spices, egg, and water in a mixing bowl. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
4. Put a nugget on a fork and dip it into the batter. Allow extra batter to trickle off.
5. Now heat oil in a saucepan or large skillet to 350°F before adding the battered nuggets. Fry the nuggets for
3 minutes, or until they are floating, then transfer them to a paper towel to cool. Return the nuggets to the
oil for 2 minutes longer to double fry.
6. Before consuming, allow nuggets to cool.
